First Visit: In-Person Introduction & Walk Through
Good communication forms the cornerstone of your relationship with your Home Assistant. And this foundation is laid during their first visit to your home. We ask that you be there in person to meet your Home Assistant.
This will give you the opportunity to walk them through your home and to discuss your preferences and priorities. So, they can get to know what you’d like done as well as when, how and how often you’d like it to be done. Feel free to mention any little quirks, such as how you arrange ornaments and cushions or how you loop the loo roll.
Your cleaners will be able to tell you what can be achieved in the time allowed, so you can prioritise certain tasks. Since we don’t follow a generic cleaning checklist, you’ll be able to prioritise and tailor each service to meet your needs.
