How is the package received after purchase?
The details of the package purchase are delivered instantly via email to the nominated recipient email address.
How is the package redeemed?
A unique experience code will be provided in the email after purchase, which can be popped into the booking form on our website to activate the package purchase. Once activated, we will get to work on matching a Home Assistant to get the service started.
Can I get a refund on a gift experience purchase?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on a gift experience purchase (excluding in the event that Family Clean are unable to match a Home Assistant within our standard matching period. In this case, the refund will be made to the purchaser).
We are also unable to refund the difference for any unused voucher amount within the package validity period.
How long are packages valid for?
Gift packages are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
If you can’t match the gift recipient with a Home Assistant, what happens next?
In the event that Family Clean are unable to match the gift recipient with a Home Assistant within our standard matching period time, we will reach out to let you know and offer to refund the purchaser of the full gift experience amount.
