High five – you’re on a roll! While you dream up what you’ll spend your new-found time on, we’ll be pairing you with a top-notch Sydney housekeeper who’s just right for you. We’ll introduce you to your match within a week, keeping you updated all the way.

Confirmation

Once your match is locked in, you’ll receive a text and email with all the details – your Home Assistants bio, photo and contact info so you know exactly who’s coming. They’ll reach out to you directly to set a date and time for your service.

The walk-through

The Walk-though

Communication is absolutely key to a great cleaning service in Sydney. On your first visit, your Home Assistant will chat through your priorities, quirks and expectations and will confirm what is achievable within the time allowed.

Payment

On the day of your service, simply pay your Home Assistant directly via cash or bank transfer – whichever works best for you. If you require an invoice or receipt, simply let them know and they’ll be happy to provide this for you.

What makes you different from other cleaners and

Every month we meet around 4,000 people who want to be Home Assistants. We welcome about 40. They might be the one who remembers exactly how you take your tea, challenges you to Scrabble, or knows that sometimes the best help is pretending not to help at all. That’s worth kissing a few frogs for.

Your Home Assistant is not a rigid checklist Sydney cleaner. They’re high-flex to the unique needs of your home, because every home is different. Mix and match your priorities all for the same flat hourly rate.

Our Match Guarantee for regular services also means you can try us risk-free – if you’re not 100% happy with your Home Assistant after they’ve had a chance to get to know the groove of your home, simply tell us why and we’ll organise a free replacement and provide your next service on the house!

How much time should I book for?

We suggest booking the amount of time based on your budget. If you’re not sure how much can be done in the time you’ve booked, don’t worry! Your Home Assistant will be really clear about what is possible as you discuss your priorities together (you can always add more time if you wish or trim down your priorities and rotate different tasks across services).

Do I need to supply anything?

For hygiene reasons, your Home Assistant will ask to use your vacuum, mop/bucket and your preferred cleaning products that will be required to complete the tasks you have in mind for your service. Think cloths, brushes, multi-purpose, glass cleaner, floor cleaner etc. This also allows your Home Assistant to use what is suitable for any unique surfaces or preferences you have for your home.

Kindly note: Equipping your Home Assistant with a vacuum that doesn’t sound like a crop duster or stick vacuum that has way more than 10mins charge is a great start. If your equipment isn’t in top working order or you don’t have the tools needed for your requests, it may affect the outcome of your service so this needs to be kept in mind. Unsure? Simply check-in with your Home Assistant before your service on what you require, and they’ll be happy to assist.

What should I expect at my first service?

Every home is different, so whether you’re all about  hospital corners or prefer a more laid-back vibe, your Home Assistant wants to know. They’ll take note of the details and quirks of your space, but if you’ve booked a once off service, it’s especially helpful to share your top priorities and preferences upfront. This ensures they can get right to the heart of what matters most to you within the time allowed.
