Diana was wonderful. She contacted me to arrange a better time for her to come by. She also texted to come 20 mins early to discuss our priorities. She did all we asked and more. We really want the bathroom and toilet cleaned and floors to be vacuumed and mopped. We are happy to work with her on a fortnightly basis if possible.
