I just wanted to thank you for your email and support in finding a new cleaner. Kimmy started today and all I can say is WOW. The service that Kimmy provided today was of a very high standard. I went through our list of priorities with her upon arrival and stated I would leave extra jobs but there is absolutely no requirement to complete these in the time frame. When I got home, there was a note on the bench where Kimmy had not only ticked off all of the priority jobs, she had completed the extra jobs and done another 4-5 jobs on top of this! To top it off, Kimmy even took my washing out of the dryer and folded it.
