We could tell you we have cleaned thousands of homes right across Brisbane, but none of those homes are quite like yours. Your cleaner is eager to get to know you and how you like things cleaned and put away.

This simple four-step process matches you with a cleaner in minutes, freeing up hours in your week. Swap dusting for me-time or mopping for date night. Here is how it works.

STEP 1:

GET YOUR INSTANT ESTIMATE

Tell us about your home (things such as how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have) and which service you need.

Based on this information, you will get an instant online estimate with the time and price to clean your home. If you don’t need the entire place cleaned, you can book a shorter period of time and let your cleaner know what needs to be done when they arrive.

STEP 2:

BOOK YOUR CLEAN

Step away from that dustpan and broom and hit the booking button instead. Select a time that works for you and our Mother Ducks at HQ will match you with a cleaner in your area.

You will get a call if we have any questions about your booking request, otherwise a booking confirmation will be sent via email and text message, and a follow-up reminder the day before your first clean.

Your initial confirmation includes a profile of your cleaner and their contact details. Please note, you will need to meet your cleaner on the day of your first clean, so be sure to select a time when you can be home to greet them (there’s more on that in the next step) ...

STEP 3:

MEET YOUR CLEANER

If you like the tea towels folded a specific way or need certain areas of your home targeted, your cleaner wants to know about it. That is why we ask you to meet with your cleaner and show them through your home. Your cleaner will also discuss your booking with you and let you know what will be cleaned in the allocated time.

All you need to supply is a vacuum and mop (for hygiene reasons) and your cleaner will take care of everything else. Or if you have specific products you love, your cleaner will happily use these instead. Payment happens directly with your cleaner on the day, either by cash or bank transfer.

STEP 4:

LET US KNOW IF YOU’RE HAPPY

We take happiness seriously. (Yes, even serious people can be happy.) Whether you’re thrilled to bits with your clean or think some things could be improved, we want to know about it.

The day after your first service, we will send you an email to follow up. You always have direct contact with your cleaner, and our Mother Ducks at HQ will also regularly check in with you to make sure everything is going as you had hoped.

If you ever need to organise a replacement cleaner or provide feedback you’d rather not discuss directly with your cleaner, our Mother Ducks are only a call away.
