While you’re enjoying the thought of a stress-free home, we’ll be pairing you up with a local Perth cleaner who gets the job done. Expect an introduction to your match within a week, and we’ll keep you in the loop the whole time.
Confirmation
Once we’ve found your match, you’ll receive a confirmation email and text with all the essential details: a bio, photo, and contact information so you know exactly who’s heading to your home. Your Home Assistant will also get in touch directly to set up a time for your first clean—whether it’s weekly, fortnightly, or just a little extra help here and there.
The Walk-Though
Communication is key! On their first visit, your Home Assistant will take the time to go through your priorities, quirks, and expectations—because every home is different, right? If you need to adjust the time or tasks, they’ll let you know upfront so there are no surprises. It’s all about making things work for you and your home.
Payment
Payment? Easy peasy. You’ll pay your Home Assistant directly on the day of your service, either by bank transfer or good ol’ cash. That’s it! No hidden fees, no fuss.
Follow-up
