* A once-off discount to the total value of $20 is applicable for new customers only, when two or more services are booked at the same time.

Estimates and pricing
Service pricing is calculated on providing manual labour charged by the hour. We do not offer fixed quotes unless a prior appointment has been made to physically view your property. Standard practice is to offer our customers an estimate considering the size and condition of the property. We request all customers to meet your cleaner/s on the service day, even if its 5 or 10 minutes just before commencing work. At this time your cleaner/s will view the job and understand your expectations before providing a more precise cost.

Service payments will be requested as CASH ONLY paid directly to your cleaner/s prior to starting work unless you are able to meet on completion. Receipts will be gladly provided by the cleaner/s who performs each separate service.
All family and staff are self-employed independent contractors so can’t afford to chase up late payers or wait for cheques and transfers to clear.
Unfortunately due to dishonesty in the past we cannot be flexible with our payment terms unless payment is cleared in our account prior to the service day.
Property Managers and Estate Agents are taken into consideration with Bond processing.
We hope to have credit card facilities in the near future.

Cancellation Policy
We understand life is random and sometimes unexpected things arise. Please consider we are all independently self-employed and rely on this income for day to day living expenses. If you decide to cancel at the last minute, please understand that we could have booked another job in your time-slot if we have enough notice. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can book another job in replacement to supplement this income. Cancellations with-in 24 hours of your reservation will be invoiced for the full amount unless we can find a replacement at short notice. Thank you for understanding.
