Our whole family, well almost, our grandmother would join-in we let her!
We’re only a little business, although our family work together with a very loyal and long established network of experienced contractors who we trust and have proven them-selves. Each of us specialise in certain service areas and do that very well, rather than everyone doing everything and being a “Jack of all” so to speak!
Starting with our mother Jan, who started cleaning a friend’s home over 17 years ago after retiring from a third generation farming background. Jan can’t sit still for a second and works together with her very patient husband Simon “Siggy” who claims to be the hardest worker..? Our two sisters, Katie who really is a “Clean Freak” and Rachel who knows of every natural remedy and green alternative.
Then there’s our father Joe “Senior” who can’t walk and talk at the same time – but rises before the birds every morning and is known for being painfully meticulous. Our brother William “Sports Junkie” who reads the newspaper backwards, his wife Sally who thinks she’s a great singer… and their four year old boy Rory who’s being groomed as a golf prodigy and little baby Bella who moves as fast as lightning..
Of course Rowena our “Asthetics Queen” who loves interior decorating – and importantly the organiser in our family, knows where everyone is at what time. Rowena’s husband Jo who is just a lackey with an eye for the details and their three year old boy Rocco who’s back scooter wheel is now square from doing so many skids!
Oscar is ‘Our Rock’, one of the most dependable and nice natured people and having worked in our team forever. Oscar and his beautiful daughter Nicole also bring rhythm to our family with their very natural Salsa moves!
There’s Badri who you’ll be challenged to fault with a white glove, working CSI style like a forensic investigator.
We’re also very grateful to have our ‘Mother Ducks’ Kate and Glenda both join our little office support team, after both having cleaned with our family for many years. With Kate’s very cheery and genuinely helpful nature, particularly on the topic of animals and roses but not to mention great solutions with clove oil and a small paint brush?
And Glenda, well if you’re ever lucky enough to meet Glenda in person – you must ask to see her famous tools of trade in her very well equipped car boot, beautifully displaying everything you could ever possibly need to clean. Major construction looks to take place when Glenda arrives!
Kate and Glenda quite simply lead by example and earn a great deal of respect from all our team in setting our standards to the highest level.
Over the years we have become great friends with many of our customers which is probably the main reason we’re still doing this work today. We’re just a good bunch of people who enjoy helping people.
Overall you can expect good old fashioned values, with strong work ethic to boot!
